10.B.   Lottery Teams

	1. The two (2) teams with the lowest winning percentage.

	2. The two (2) teams with the greatest differential between SPB league wins and Pythagorean Expected Wins (EW).
	
	3. Pythagorean Expected Wins are calculated by the DMB Custom Standing Reports.

	4. Teams must have no player overusage to qualify for the lottery.
