10.E.   Lottery Chances

	1. Lottery chances for each team will be as follows:
		a) Team with lowest winning percentage-4 chances
		b) Team with second lowest winning percentage-3 chances
		c) Team with greater number of EW differential-2 chances
		d) Team with lower number of EW differential-1 chance
