11.B.   Protected Player Lists 

	1. Prior to the Phase I Rookie Draft, each manger will submit a list of protected players.
	
	2. Teams may protect the following number of players;
		a) Teams with the six (6) highest winning percentages-18 players.
		b) Teams with the six (6) lowest winning percentages-20 players.
		c) All remaining teams protect 19 players.

	3. Each team is allowed to keep three (3) uncarded players, not 
	   counting against their protected roster.  Each manager will submit the 
	   name of the player when protected rosters are called for.
