11.E.   Rookie Draft Continuance

	
	 1.  The Rookie draft continuance will be conducted via email during the week that follows 
	 the Rule V and Rookie drafts.
		 
         2.  All remaining players will be made available for any team to make a claim on.  
         Waiver claim order will be based on the same draft order as the Rule V draft.
         
         3.  Team may submit a list claims to league commissioner. Rosters may exceed 45 active
         players before or during the Rookie Draft Continuance.
