13.A.   League Championship Format

	1. League championship series will be a best of five series with a 2/3 format

        2. In the years from 1969-1984, there were 5 game League Championship Series 
           (best 3 of 5 wins).  In leagues playing these years, the usage rules for all 
           players and pitchers will be reduced by one game.
