1.A. Commissioner:

	1. The Commissioner grants and revokes franchises, resolves disputes, and conducts all business 
	   in the best interest of the league.
	   
	2. Instructs the League Treasurer to collect all SPB dues.
	
	3. Provide all managers with the appropriate player disk.
	
	4. Schedules league events.
	
	5. Acts as tiebreaker for Rules Committee.
	
	6. Takes any disciplinary action as required.
	
	7. Appoints league officials.
	
	8. Sets schedules for drafts and all league events.
