2.B.     Dues

	1. SPB league dues will be collected on an as-needed basis. Managers are encouraged to contribute when asked.
	
	2. SPB enforces all copyright laws with respect to all Diamond Mind products. Consult the DMB web page for additional information.
	
	3. Failure to pay league dues or own a legal copy of the DMB game and season disks, at a timeframe designated by the Commissioner, 
	   is grounds for expulsion from the league. For seasons when a Deluxe Past Season is available, a DPS version of the season must be
	   owned as opposed to a Classic Past Season.
