5.C.    Rookie Players

	1. In order to eligible for selection in the rookie draft, a rookie player must meet at least one of these standards:
		a) 12 at bats
		b) 10 innings pitched
		c) 10 game appearances
		
	2. Federal League Players stats will count in 1914 and 1915.
