5.C.    Rookie Players

	1. In order to eligible for selection in the rookie draft, a rookie player must meet at least one of these standards:
		a) 1 at bat
		b) 1/3 innings pitched
		c) 1 game appearance

        All players who are carded are eligible for the rookie draft.
