7.A.    Batter Limits

	1. All batters hitting .235 or better are limited to their actual number of at bats.
		a) 1972, Hank Aaron has 449 at bats with a .265 batting average. He would be limited to 449 at bats,
		   as he has more than 400 at bats.
		b) 1992 Blue Jay, Joe Carter has 622 at bats with a .264 batting average. He would be limited to 622 at bats,
		   as he has more than 400 at bats.
