7.A.    Batter Limits

	1. All batters hitting .000 and .235 or better are limited to their actual number of plate appearances.
		
		a) 1972, Hank Aaron has 449 plate appearances with a .265 batting average. He would be limited to 449 plate appearances,
		   as he has more than 400 plate appearances.
		
		b) 1992 Blue Jay, Joe Carter has 622 plate appearances with a .264 batting average. He would be limited to 622 plate appearances,
		   as he has more than 400 plate appearances.	
		   
		c) 1989 Ted Wilborn has 14 plate appearances with a .000 batting average. He would be limited to 14 plate appearances,
		   as he has a .000 batting average.
