7.C.    Batter Use or Lose

	1. When measuring Batter under-use only, the below criteria will be used:

		a) SPB1, 2 and 60: In any season, all batters with greater than or equal to 100 PA must be used for at least 50% of their actual real-life plate appearances 
		as measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen.
		   
		b) SPB-3 and SPB-X:  all batters with greater than or equal to 50 PA must be used for at least 50% of their actual real-life plate appearances 
		as measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen.
		

   
	2. Those batters not meeting this qualification will be lost to the upcoming rookie draft.
