7.D.    Batter Use or Lose

	1. Each batter must reach between a MINIMUM of 50% and a MAXIMUM of 115% of plate appearances as depicted by the 
	   DMB percentage meter on each batter’s player screen.
	   
	2. THOSE BATTERS NOT MEETING THIS QUALIFICATION WILL BE LOST TO THE UPCOMING ROOKIE DRAFT.
	
		a.  Any player overused prior to the season ending should be released at the end of that particular month, 
		    with them not being allowed to be used for the rest of the season.
