7.D.    Batter Use or Lose

	1. When measuring Batter under-use only, the below criteria will be used:
		a) In any season, all batters must be used for at least 50% of their actual real-life at bats OR reach 50% as 
		   measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen.
		   
	2. Those batters not meeting this qualification will be lost to the upcoming rookie draft.
