8.C.  Dual Pitchers

	1. Pitchers rated as both starters and relievers are limited to their total starts plus 10%, not to exceed 35 starts.

	

	2. Pitchers rated as both starters and relievers with an E.R.A. of less than 4.50 are limited to their total relief 

	   appearances plus 30%, not to exceed 65 relief appearances.
