8.E.  Pitcher Use or Lose

	
	1. When measuring Pitcher under-use only, the below criteria will be used:

		a) SPB1, 2, 60: In any season, all pitchers with greater than or equal to 100 PAmust be used for at 
		   least 50% of batters faced as measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen.
		   
        b) SPB3, X: In any season, all pitchers with greater than or equal to 50 PAmust be used for at 
		   least 50% of batters faced as measured by the DMB PT% meter found in the upper right hand corner of every batter screen.

		   
	2. Those pitchers not meeting this qualification will be lost to the upcoming rookie draft.
