All SPB 1932 Managers,  Due to the recent changes in the style of the Phase II draft, I will need 
you to send me your protected lists by no later than Sunday, January 28th.  Have them to me no 
later than 7 P.M. that day.  Of course, earlier is always better, if possible.  Please check your
recent email concerning these draft changes, if you have not already done so.  It is also posted 
in the SPB Website in the Newsletter section.  

Teams are allowed to protect the following amount of players:

20 Players - Cardinals (Henning), Rugrats (Cada), Solons (Stevens) , and Tomahawks (Wheeler).

19 Players - Westerns (Baxter), Seals (Whalen), Amphibians (Linn), Purchase (Schilling), 
Blueclaws (Schweitzer), and Thunderbolts (Plunkitt).

18 Players - Carp (Williams), Barnstormers (Calicchia), Hawks (Falduto), and G-Men (Stillwagon).


Be sure to read the rules change concerning Phase II very carefully, so you are sure of the new 
procedure. 

ROOKIE DRAFT still set for Saturday Feb. 10th. 

Phase II will still start immediately upon conclusion of the Rookie draft. 

No rookies can be drafted during Phase II.
