All SPB 1932 Managers,  Manager Joe DeZarlo, formerly of the Astoria Knights, has decided to give up his team, due to 
an increasing load in his personal life.  He will remain as League President though.  His team is being taken over by Jerry 
Cada, a friend of manager Terry Baxter.  So let's take a few minutes, if you feel like it, to welcome Jerry aboard in SPB-III.

choice).  He has decided to rename his new team the  River City Rugrats.
