All SPB 1932 Managers, Albert Doc Schweitzer has decided to rename his team the "Barnagat Bay Blueclaws". This is the same name he used earlier when he used to be SPB-I. This team was formerly known as the Indianapolis Clowns. John T. will update the website soon with this change. =========== All SPB 1964 Managers, Greg Stillwagon has decided to rename his team the former Barnagat Bay Blueclaws to the "Straights of Mackinaw", or Mackinaw Straights. Also I would like to announce the appointment of two new managers for SPB 1964. Actually they are both veteran SPB managers, they are just new to SPB-I. Lynn Miller will take over for Mike Cascarano's old High Desert Mavericks team. Dave Parsons will assume the reigns of the Macon Peaches, formerly managed by Mike Clark. Neither manager has yet decided whether or not they want to change the team name. I will update you on those, as soon as they make up their minds. So welcome to both these managers in SPB 1964!! I'm sure they will be able to handle another SPB league. John T.will update the webpage on this very soon. ================= All SPB 1932 Managers, As you know by now, original SPB manager Mike Cascarano has resigned his positions within SPB. This left the mighty and storied Hollywood Stars up for new ownership. Veteran manager Greg Stillwagon is the lucky man. Greg currently is in both SPB-I and SPB-II. He has served recently on the schedule committee that helped get SPB 52 off the ground. I'm sure he will add a solid rung as a managers of the Stars. He has decided to rename the team as the "Motor City G-Men." He will assume the reigns imediately, and participate in the rookie draft next month. John T. will add Greg to the roster on the website as a new manager very soon. ================
