Subject: Overused Lists for 1968
Season.
All SPB I 1968 Managers, First off I want to say that
all of you have done a great job in this area for the 1968 season!!
Congratulations! No one has been accessed a permanent penalty for this
year. There would have been one against the Alma Rifles (listed below),
but it will be dropped since the team changed managers late in the year.
Also a note to let you know that the penaltys have been based on the 162
games played to this point. Althought the A.L. 3 game playoff stats
will count as regular season stats, the penaltys assesed are only based on the
first 162 games. Bonus players are only acessed 1/2 the regular penalty.
An * beside the penalty signifys a bonus player. NOTE: 1968 was the final season
to have only 50 extra at bats for their bonus players
Now on with the entire list of overusage: As usual, the bigged kudos
go to the following teams and managers for a perfect season in respect to
usage. The teams and managers this year are:
Asheville Tourists (Rich Applegate)
Evanston Black Sox (John Ungashick)
Frankfort Tigers (Gary Plunkitt)
Hollywood Stars (Don Zminda)
Las Vegas Thunder (Mike See)
Lincoln Grays (Paul Kenyon)
Mackinaw Straights (Greg Stillwagon+)
Pocono Pelicans (Jim Wheeler)
Schaumburg Saxons (Tim Johnson)
Terre Haute Huts (Bill Lanke)
Ten perfect managers! Sensational job!

overusage for their players:
