All SPB II 1960 Managers,  First off, I want to thank ALL 1960 managers on a season well played.  
Everyone got the final month in ahead of time, and all season long you guys did a tremendous job 
in getting you games played.  Thanks for doing such a great job!!
 
Here is the report on all players lost during the 1960 season for failing to obtain enough playing 
time during the year.  I will list the player, position, team, and fate for SPB future play.

Here is the overusage report on the just concluded 1960 season.  All managers did very well, 
as just a few infractions were recorded, and NO managers got into the Permanent Penalty Phase.
