Some notes about the rosters:

When Gary was transitioning commissioner-ship and files, there were several teams who had use or lose players that somehow I missed and had not been removed.  I have removed them now. (Listed below).  Players who played in 1968 and were lost to use or lose were placed back into the Phase 1 Draft.
In order to avoid any future confusion, if you had Future Players who were taken in the 1969 Expansion Draft held a few months ago http://bit.ly/2eh2fdQ, they have been removed from your roster as well, as they have no value to these teams whatsoever.  These players were also removed from the database.
Here is a full list of players removed from rosters.  (Note, if an expansion player was not selected in the draft, he remains on your roster).  Let me know if I missed anyone.....

Phase 1 Draft Notes:
There are a total of (135) players in the Phase 1 draft, so we won’t quite go a full 8 rounds, but we will get into the 8th about midway.  So all players will be selected.  If you are not able to attend, please have your lists (For both Phase 1 and 2) to me by no later than Wednesday Oct 26 at 9pm EST.  If you are not in the chatroom and I do not have a list from you, draft central will make your teams selection through round 3, after that will be computer picks.
 
The Draft is ready to go on the database and all traded picks should be accounted for (I double checked).  If you see something that needs correction, please let me know.
 
Phase 2 Draft Notes:
There were (2) teams that used the 10-5 rule to protect players that have played 10 or more seasons in SPB, and the last 5 with their current team, those were (These players must have been bonus players OR considered part time as state in the constitution):
 
Thud Ridge Wild Weasels (Terry Baxter) – 3B Clete Boyer
West Warwick Monarchs (Steve Brunner) – 1B Harmon Killebrew
 
Each of these teams will lose a Phase 2 selection in place of the additional protected players.  This is reflected with voided picks on the attached files.
 
We WILL also be conducting the Phase 2 Draft in the Chatroom.  The FULL List of Phase 2 eligible players is attached to this email along with the database.  **IMPORTANT**  IF YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE DRAFT CHATROOM OR YOU PLAN ON LEAVING THE DRAFT EARLY, YOU MUST SEND ME A LIST FOR YOUR PHASE 2 DRAFT PICKS before leaving.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF YOU DO NOT SEND A LIST AND YOU ARE NOT THERE, DRAFT CENTRAL WILL MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS FOR YOUR TEAM bases on your teams positional needs.  This happened in the SPB-X draft and caused a delay of more than 24 hours before the next picks were made. It is not fair to the other owners when this happens.  When sending your list, please include team name he is being selected from and position.
