SPB-2 Managers,

Here are you 1970 Use or Lose losses.  Only going to list the player that return in future 
seasons.  At the very bottom of the list, note that there were 3 players that were not used 
that I am allowing their 3 franchises to keep (in the best interests of the franchise).  
If you own one of these player, please make sure your players 50% of their usage in the 
future to avoid losing them…..
