First, a total of 14 teams had ZERO Overusage penalties.

Next, these teams below had just 1 game penalties

Hank Aaron (1 Game)

Almost perfect, and again….well done.

Next up is Montreal, who did a fine job outside of poor Roger 
Nelson, who must have been too busy dreaming of Jeanie 😊  
Still, not bad at all.

Lastly, Nanoose, who would have been great, except that 2 players 
were overused, one very heavily.  Luckily, this is the final season 
of Overusage penalties….so this won’t be an issue moving forward.  
For now though, Unfortunaly it results in the Permanent Penalty 
for the 1972 Draft.  Sorry John M.
