The "classic": The Lions take on the Gladiators.  Only this time, it's nowhere near as gruesome!  
The big guys with the swords won 3 of the 5 games, but one of the "Mane" Attractions was a 1-hitter 
by East Kenosha's Pat Dobson.  The only hit was a 5th inning single by Eddie Kranepool, and the only 
walk Dobson issued (to Johnny Bench) was erased on a GDP by Joe Torre.  In 8 starts, Dobson has given 
up 7 runs, 5 earned - and is 5-1.  

Rookie George Hendrick made his SPB2 debut, going 5-for-15 with a HR and 6 Runs batted in of the 16 
that the Lions scored in this series.  The Lions are now 9-8 at home, and 9-8 on the road. 

After each game, the East Kenosha fans all crowded into "Emily's Enclave" off the 3B dugout to get 
Willie Mays' autograph.
