All SPB III 1935 Managers,  The following is the complete list of player overusage for the recently completed 1935 season.  The team penaltys for this will take place in round 2, and remain a permanent penalty for every team drawing 10 or more games penalty for the rest of the 1936 draft order.
 
First off there were 5 managers who never incurred even a single game of overuse by their players.  They are:
