All SPB 1950 Managers,  Maybe the best year ever in an SPB league of any season?  Only 2 teams were assessed with overuse penalties that I could find.  And neither one were of much consecquence.  So congratulations everyone on a job very well done.  

The following teams had no overuse:  Brooklyn Royal Giants (D. Rahn), Chicago Stampers (S. Lehman), DeVilbuss Tigers (M. Murphy), East Kenosha Larks (D. Lauer), Hoosier Thunderbolts (G. Plunkitt), Indianapolis Clowns (R. Ryan), Kansas City Blues (R. Applegate), Maumee River Carp (C. Williams), River City Rugrats (J. Cada), Rock Island Arsenal (T. Baxter),  South River Muckdogs (J. DeZarlo), & Worcester Grays (H. McElaney).  

Here are the two teams with just slight overuse:

Goshen Aces (S. Brunner) 2 Games
Harry Taylor, P  1 ST (2)

Schaumburg Hawks (J. Ungashick)  3 Games
Murry Dickson, P 1 ST (2)
Sammy Calderone, C 7 PA (1)
