Of course the expansion teams will come into effect for the 1977 season, at the conclusion of the 1976 World Series to be played in early to mid April, 2004.  These teams will then be added.  At that time they will be able to trade players and participate in rookie and Phase II drafts.  Although they will be exempt from having their players drafted during Phase II for the very 1st season.  They will draft at the beginning of every round including Phase II, except for the random round.

The Beavers will join the A.L. Western Division, and the Bombers will join the N.L. Western Divison.  This way there will be 6 teams in each of the Divisions, instead of the 6/5 split that we have had to this point.

I will be sending the roster of the Possum Lake Beavers and some more info, later on today.

Best,
Gary
