All SPB IV 1977 Managers,  The following is the acessed penaltys due to player overusage during the 1977 season.

Finally the Harrisville Mountain Men (Dave Parsons) were relieved of a very substantial overusage penalty, that is also forgiven to the new manager of 1978.  The Mountain Men would have been the only permanent penalty team, but since Dave is not returning, this is not an issue.
