There was also an 11 game overuse penalty against the Lafayette Snow Bears, but since the manager 
had announced he was leaving SPB IV at the conclusion of the year, the overuse for the Lafayette team 
will be dropped for the new manager.  There was also  a couple of recorded probems with MP's during play 
of the '82 season where the wrong players were used, and some overusage was dropped involving the Baltimore 
Rifles, and Oyster Creek Nukes.  So overall, a great job from all our managers heading into 1983.  Thanks
