Subject: SpbV-1989 Overuse figures, and game penalties.

Thanks to Gary for the research on this. I did investigate a disputed series and removed the player overusage pertinent to that series. Overuse is one of those things that just happens sometimes, and it is particularly hard to judge in the last month. Still, there are ways of avoiding it, ranging from planning your pitching carefully beforehand to pinch-hitting for players at thinner positions, particularly early in the season so the overusage doesn’t sneak up on you.
