All 1955 SPB Managers,  Here is the very small report on overuse for the just completed '55 season.  
First off, as usual, my hat (which I never wear anyway) goes off to the following eleven team managers 
who had no overuse at all this season.   Great job!!

Beard Black Cats (R. Ryan), East Kenosha Lakers (D. Lauer), Frankfort Frigates (G. Plunkitt), Joliet Jakes (T. Baxter), 
Louisiana Lightning (M. See), Massilion Tigers (J. Ungashick), Mound City Saints (R. Applegate), New Bedford Ahabs (C. Williams), 
Newark Bears (J. DeZarlo),
Riverside Robbers (J. Turnbull), and Wabash Six (B. Lanke).

Here are the three teams that did have a small amount of overuse.  This was still a very good job by these three 
managers, as we have our smallest amount of overuse ever in SPB 60.

Schenectady Patriots (D. Rahn) 4 Games
Johnny Podres 4 GMS

Raleigh Tarheels (S. Lehman) 5 Games

Bob Purkey, 1 GM (.5, rounded up to 1)*

* indicates this is bonus players and only 1/2 of regular penalty applies.

No 1955 team had a permanent overuse penalty this season.  Thanks to all for making this a great report.
