All SPB 1959 Managers,  Here is the report on this years overuse.  Overall, an excellent year once again from our managers.

The following teams had no overuse during 1959 play.  Congrats to these managers!

Mound City Saints (Rich Applegate)
Riverside Robbers (John Turnbull)
Schenectady Patriots (Don Rahn)
Wabash Six (Bill Lanke)

The following teams had a small amount of overuse:

Newark Bears (Joe DeZarlo)   2.5 rounded up to 3 games
Carl Sawatski, C (7 PA's)  1 game
Gene Snyder*, P (3 games)*  1.5 games

New Bedford  Ahabs (Chris Williams) 4 games
Ted Williams, OF  (22 PA's)  4 games

Raleigh Tarheels (Steve Lehman) 3.5 games rounded up to 4 games
Dick Brown*, C (17 PA's)*  1.5 games
Joey Jay, P (1 Start)  2 games

* Bonus Player (only half regular penalty accessed on bonus players.)

And that is it!   Another marvelous job from all managers.  No permanent penalties at all.
