SPB-X Managers,

Below is the 1930 Overusage Report.  I was amazed at how well everyone did considerin how much offense we had in 1930! 
No teams incurred the permanent penalty at all and there were 10 teams! that incurred NO penalties.  Great job to all!

Three (3) teams had just two (2) games of overuse.  Another outstanding job!

Johnny Heving 12 PA's (2 Games)

San Diego Glaziers (Steve Lehman)

The final team only had 2 players who were slightly overused, result in a 7 game penalty, still a very noce job for a new 
manager in his first full season back in SPB.  Well done Mike C!
