Below is the 1932 Overusage Report.  A very solid season. 11 Perfect Teams!  2 teams incurred only minor penalties, and only 1 had over 10 games, which I am waving the permanent penalty as it was due to an honest mistake with an MP for a month.

One team had more than 10 games of Overusage, but again, it was due to a very honest mistake with a monthly MP, therefore, the penalty will still be applied, but not the permanent penalty in all round.
